How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial with all Team features. No card needed. At the end you pick a plan or your workspace switches to read-only.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who can sign in to your workspace. Your accountant and external reviewers can be added as free viewers on the Team and Enterprise plans.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Switching to yearly applies the 20% discount right away and credits what is left of your current month. You can switch back at renewal.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace stays available until the end of the billing period. You can export every report, receipt and ledger entry as CSV or PDF at any time.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU (Frankfurt) or the US (Oregon), chosen when you create the workspace. Enterprise customers can request a dedicated region.
